  • To ensure that the food and presentation quality is constantly maintained.

  • Ensure food items are prepared according to company standards of quality and consistency.

  • Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  • Prepares on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.

  • Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair of maintenance.

  • Maintaining of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.

  • Performing any other duties assigned by management.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Humble and willing to learn

  • Good working attitude
