Our client is a Fintech startup backed by a top global incubator. Headquartered in Singapore with operations across South East Asia, they provide small and medium businesses convenient financial services including debit and credit card products, digital banking and cash management systems.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Actively resolving difficulties faced by customers, and helping customers to use the platform to operate their business
  • Handling inbound queries and providing technical and product support via multiple channels
  • Building knowledge on the company and financial products & services to be able to support advanced questions
  • Working closely with our other teams to resolve issues and escalate opportunities for improvement
  • Engaging customers proactively at key moments in their lifecycle with the company

The Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in customer success, sales or other customer-facing roles
  • You are passionate about helping customers and have outstanding communication skills
  • You are motivated with a positive get-it-done attitude
  • You are willing to contribute to the success of a fast-growing startup
  • You have a strong interest in learning all about fintech and financial services
