Mind Stretcher is seeking a service-oriented candidate who is obsessed with delivering great customer service experience and value to our students and their parents. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

What a day-in-your-life would look like:

  • Champion all queries and requests from walk-ins/emails/phone calls in a professional, trustworthy, and prompt manner
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations & administration of centers

You should:

  • Possess a strong customer-centric personality and mindset
  • Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
  • Possess commendable interpersonal communication skills
  • Ideally, possess at least 1 year of customer service-related working experience

Job requirements:

  • Be able to work 4 weekdays (1.15pm - 9.45pm), and 1 weekend (8.15am - 6.45pm)
  • Obtained a NITEC Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field
  • Be proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
