AML Analyst (MNC|Banking|Up to $5k) job in Singapore at ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest financial services organizations

• We are looking for an experienced AML Analyst to join the team

• This will start off as a 12 months contract

The Job

• Responsible for AML/CFT review of transaction flagged by monitoring system and escalated by Business Units

• Investigating and closing out monitoring alerts thoroughly in a timely manner, and ensuring significant issues identified are fully investigated and promptly escalated where necessary

• Provide support and advise to other business unit on AML/CFT related matters

• Working closely with Business Units to enhance existing process

• Conduct on-going monitoring of transactions through review of exception reports, investigating into suspicious transactions

• Assist in any other Corporate Compliance related issues, duties and projects as assigned by the Compliance Manager.

The Talent

• Minimally 1-2 years of experience in compliance work, knowledge in AML/CFT regulation and international sanctions regime preferred.

• Keen to learn and positive work attitude

• Independent, meticulous, adaptable, ability to work under pressure

• Analytical, organizational, interpersonal and influencing skills

• Experience in financial services sector preferred particularly understanding of insurance products and transactions

• Experience in investigation is also preferred
