Job Description
- Establish franchise strategy for ASEAN region and developing of new franchises to optimize market shares.
- Responsible for driving sales of company's franchised line cards and identifying opportunities for new line-cards, channels and markets.
- Develop supplier relationships and working with internal team to develop strateges to grow sales and market shares.
- Represent company for Supplier Business Review Meeting and negotiating favourable terms & conditions.
- Formulate marketing strategies for ASEAN region, implement and execute strategies and tactics (i.e. pricing and inventory).
- Provide Sales teams directions based on suppliers' strategy to support and drive local business development.
- Joint visit with Sales on promotion and managing of inventory/assets.
- To review and analyse market information, figure out the impact and provide solutions to the management.
- Handle hoc duties as requested.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience within the Electronics Distribution industry.
- Prior experience in local supplier database and able to identify supplier's needs and trending.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Possess excellent and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable in regional travelling for business purposes.
