Our client is a digital asset exchange that is introducing a new investable assets class. Their platform offers an array of services which includes primary insurance, trading and settlement and others. They aim to become full-service regulated to cater to savvy issuers and discerning investors.
You will be responsible for :
Delivering personalised service to customers in the call centre in an effective and efficient manner.
Understanding customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions and attention.
Consistently delivering excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction, while adhering to professional standards.
Soliciting customers’ feedback and identifying problem trends for improvement actions.
Following up promptly with customers to resolve issues.
You have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role in a call centre environment, ideally within the Financial industry
You have a passion for customer service and enjoy speaking to people
You are able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You are willing to work rotating shift hours including weekends and public holidays, if required.
