HR Associate


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees (e.g. identify learning needs, develop competency framework and curriculum etc.)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training roadmap
  • Review of staff skills and performance periodically
  • Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
  • Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning resources
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
  • Research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and relevant to learners Supporting Partners
  • Staff Benefits & Recognition Programme
  • Employee Engagement & Relations Communication
  • Conduct periodic reviews and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures / SOP to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • HR Business Partnering and working closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
  • Assist in the driving/implementation of new HR initiatives
  • Execution of HR digitalization project
  • Preparation of HR Management Reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR Projects


  • Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or relevant professional qualification
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of HR/ Admin experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws & Singapore company practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Good working knowledge and organization skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think logically and strategically.
  • Good team player with the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Knowledge of HRiQ will be advantageous.
  • Good writing and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people.
  • Responsible and meticulous with an eye for details.
