HR Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the Learning & Development framework and programs based on the needs of the organization and employees (e.g. identify learning needs, develop competency framework and curriculum etc.)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and leaders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a functional training roadmap
- Review of staff skills and performance periodically
- Manage training budgets and assist in the preparation of training reports
- Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning resources
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions evaluation and make recommendations for improvement
- Research in L&D to keep learning interventions abreast of future trends and relevant to learners Supporting Partners

- Employee Engagement & Relations Communication
- Conduct periodic reviews and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures / SOP to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- HR Business Partnering and working closely with the line managers to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
- Assist in the driving/implementation of new HR initiatives
- Execution of HR digitalization project
- Preparation of HR Management Reports
- Assist in ad-hoc HR Projects
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of HR/ Admin experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore employment laws & Singapore company practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Good working knowledge and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think logically and strategically.
- Good team player with the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Knowledge of HRiQ will be advantageous.
- Good writing and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people.
- Responsible and meticulous with an eye for details.
