Coffee Shop Assistant job in Singapore at PRIME SUPERMARKET LIMITED

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer complaints patiently

• Strive towards an exceptional customer experience

• Take initiative in ordering and serving drinks to customers of the outlet

• Clear tables alongside coffeeshop cleaners

• Restock shelves with relevant drinks

• Prepare beverage as per customer’s order

• Providing information on promotional items

• Upsell beverages at outlet

• Managing the cashier counter when necessary

• Assist with daily opening / closing duties when necessary

• Clean all toilets within the premise

• Adhere to NEA sanitization rules and sanitize tables and chairs accordingly

• Mop the floor when necessary

• Assist in monthly stock take when necessary

• Maintaining cleanliness of outlet and drink stall

• Other task assigned by Coffeeshop Supervisor or Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 2 years of F&B experience.

• Able to work beyond scheduled hours when necessary

• Work in a coffeeshop environment in Toa Payoh

• Preferably NEA certified Environmental Control Coordinator

• Singaporeans, and Malaysian Welcomed

• Endurance to walk and stand for long hours
