Client Performance Reporting Managment (Private bank, 12 months contract)
Private bank, West area
Back office operations in Operations Control for Singapore and Hong Kong Booking Centres, mainly supporting Client Performance reporting
Responsibilities
· Support queries and controls on client performance reporting i.e. daily control reports, customised client statements, preparing reference letters, Monthly management information and statistics reporting, ensuring daily TAP recon is done, supporting projects
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on client performance enquiry, controls/reports and customised statements
· Ensure quality support of daily processing needs and performance enquiries from clients /front
· Prepare customised statements, check control reports on client performance, support new initiatives /projects that align with reporting standards like TAP
· Adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking
· Proficient in MS Office Excel, VBA, Macros
· Strong understanding of the financial products i.e. equities, bonds, funds, FX, Options etc. and knowledge on various aspects of calculations involving client Performance including Attribution /Contribution
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills
· Meticulous and well organized, numerate
