- Maintains production schedules for production runs based on product specifications, plant capacity, sales forecast and materials.
- Expedites operation plans to minimize delays and alters schedules to meet unforeseen circumstances.
- Forecasts and plans major components and materials requirements to support product building plan
- Liaise among Project Management, Customer Service and Operations departments on customer special testing requirements in order to optimize plant capacity.
- Manages inventory of incoming materials, in-process and outgoing finished goods
- Tracks and follows up on WIP and missed shipment delivery.
- Organize monthly discussion with Sales, finance, Marketing and Purchasing on engines outlook.
- Maintains ISO system for production scheduling activities
