Job Description:

1.       Perform scheduled maintenance visits and corrective repairs, as directed, on safety and medical devices

2.       Perform warranty repairs, as directed, on safety and medical devices

3.       Perform installation and commissioning activities, as directed, on safety and medical devices

4.       Perform technical corrective actions, as directed, on safety and medical devices

5.       Complete required company documentation, such as electronic test procedures, as necessary.

6.       Provide feedback of the quality situation and any issues from field to the Service Management
Team via regular meetings within local team.

7.       Work within the processes of quality system & work instructions.

8.       Track installed base accuracy and report variances to Service Support Team.

9.       Provide support to sales for replacement / special sales programs.

10.   Provide support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos,
workshops, etc.

11.   Provide support to sales to develop contracts and assist in achievement of business goals.

12.   Maintain company assets such as laptops etc. & tools in accordance with company guidelines.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience in Medical Device industry
