We are hiring for an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions and Services Provider with a wide foot print in Asia that helps organizations bring about positive transformations to their businesses through the intelligent applications of innovative solutions and pertinent services.

The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

  • Analyze and review services and/or product performance
  • Participate in new product or services introductions when required
  • Prepare and process contracts for salesperson when necessary
  • Raise and mail out invoices for customer
  • Prepare monthly report to track on IT expiring contracts
  • Assist in license provisioning when necessary
  • Other ad-hoc operational requirement

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • PC literate and familiar with Microsoft excel (Pivot table and V-Lookup)
  • Experience in SAP and Microsoft dynamics will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks
  • Able to multitask
  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales Operations / Support role
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
