Social Media Marketing Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.
-
Copywriting for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages
-
Visual asset design/creation and image content creation including editing of banners, images, landing pages, EDMs, etc.
-
Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets
-
Daily social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback
-
Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development, and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touchpoints
-
Support internal marketing, business development, corporate service, and sales team to develop strategic and tactical content
-
Regular lead and performance tracking and reporting during and post-marketing campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Multimedia or related field will be preferred
-
Preferably with 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity
-
Good understanding and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, IG, LinkedIn, forums, GDN, etc.

Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords, and web traffic metrics
-
Proficiency in graphic designing software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)

Able to work independently and be a team player with problem solving skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
