Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, training, compensation, payroll
Preparation of HR documentation
Responsible for work pass application
Establish and maintain HR policy and manual guide
Handle of employee discipline, counselling
Implementation of performance appraisal
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred.
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
Experience in using Ready Software preferred.
Able to work independently.
Able to start work in short notice will be an advantage.
