Sales Manager

The Job
- Responsible for achieving the annual sales targets assigned for the region/markets
- Responsible for independently leading client conversations in the core area of Business Transformation and Cloud Solutions
- Work closely with the product partner sales teams to identify and manage opportunities for the respective products
- Build and review client account plans regularly to drive growth and satisfaction
- Actively participate in the marketing initiatives for the assigned markets
- Collaborate with Alight’s internal teams for successful project delivery / implementation
- Responsible for managing existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion
- Identify areas for growth of Alight’s business portfolio through new product partnerships or geographic expansion.
Ideal Candidate
- Should have 12-15 years of experience in selling HR/ Finance services and related cloud products to large corporates
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in selling Cloud Solutions
- Ability to develop deep, senior-level relationships with companies
- Strong communication skills and ability to create client ready documents (proposals, presentations etc.)
- Should be able to work as an independent contributor and have the self-drive to grow Indonesia market
