Job Scope:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and leasing performance for office properties.
• Sell and market office properties, and create marketing materials.
• Build a network of prospects for sales and leasing.
• Find new sales and leasing opportunities, and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct sales presentations and site viewings.
• Support the leasing team in meeting targets and managing leases.
• Communicate with tenants about lease renewals and work with lawyers and asset managers on lease reviews.
• Work with the operations team to ensure tenant needs are met.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Provide clients with market updates and reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Relevant working experience in marketing & leasing of office/retail units
• Must be CEA registered.
