Customer Service Executive (Retail exp/Ubi Ave)

Location: Ubi Avenue (Showroom)

Work schedule: Alternating 5 and 6 days/week (one weekend per week), 10am - 7pm

Job Description:

  • Product demonstration face-to-face for customers
  • Ensure all customers are well taken care of from live chat, phone, WhatsApp and showroom
  • Empathize with customers on their concerns
  • Become product expert to answer all product queries
  • Help customers to understand what they need to make a purchase decision, as well as after sales support

Job Requirements:

  • Extremely positive mindset and attitude
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Required Patience to handle all customers
  • Great communication skills, EQ and positive language
  • Empathy and ability to read customers to know what they want
  • Calm and composed in all situations
  • Able to manage both happy and angry customers
  • Willing to learn
  • Great command of English
  • At least 1 year of retail / F&B retail experience preferred
