What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced sales training professional to join our Project team. The Trainer will plan and execute training priorities of the Project. This position will be responsible to maximizes sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needs and will implement programs in order to scale training and effectiveness based on the project needs and KPIs. Ability in liaising with various stakeholders in order to leverage synergies in training programs is critical to success.

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

·        Complete trainer onboarding and certification requirements

·        Review and Implement training policies, procedures, and programs.

·        Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and provide recommendations for improvement

·        Support in the design and development of training modules based on project/company needs

·        Facilitate refreshers or upskilling or continuing education requests

·        Manage all aspects of the training environment, including reporting requirements.

·        Rollout training initiatives such as monthly knowledge checks, process/policy/quality updates

·        Consistently meet trainer certification requirements following TDCX Standards

·        Support new hire performance during OJT/nesting period by conducting refresher trainings, coaching or floor support

·        Conduct Training Needs Analysis through knowledge tests, focus group discussions or 1:1 sessions  and develop programs to improve existing staff performance based on performance trends in partnership with Quality and Operations team

·        Design and develop relevant training modules based on project and skills development requirements

·        Responsible in FlashLearn course and session creation, enrollment of attendees, survey completion and course completion

·        Attend and actively participate in internal and client calls on a regular basis

·        Develop, review, implement and maintain training policies, procedures, and programs to improve our processes, CSAT and other KPIs.

·        Facilitate learning interventions, including technical and behavioural programmes such as monthly knowledge checks, role play activities, teachback sessions and floor support

·        Provide, coordinate, analyze and consolidate all necessary training material and performance data in order to ensure that training is delivered in a timely and accurate manner, following client requirements and company standards

·        Designs course curriculum based on needs analysis results, employee feedback, client expectations, leadership requests, industry best practices and existing L&D strategies

·        Liaise closely with the different teams and Clients to ensure training and knowledge base is up to date and employees are up to speed on changes and updates

·        Manage all aspects of the training environment, including reporting requirements.



Who are we looking for?

·        Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.

·        Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

·        Experience with curriculum development and course material review management

·        Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Competent in e-content and design development, Excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
