We are seeking a trustworthy candidate who works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.


To ensure success, Accountants should be prompt, honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decision-makers.

·         Report to Stakeholders (MD and GM).

·         Assisted with an Administrative Assistant as a team.

·         Manages to book-keep and prepares a full set of accounts using account MYOB software.

·         Review and perform payroll processing using a cloud payroll solution (PayBoy).

·         Perform compilation of financial statements, corporate taxes, and GST submission.

·         Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Requirements.

·         Handle monthly closing and be responsible for day-to-day accounting transactions.

·         Verify receipts posting and issue payment.

·         Review and monitor day-to-day activities related to credit and collections and payments.

·         Provide improvement on establishing systems, processes, and workflow.

·         Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax advisors and corporate secretaries.

·         Co-managing of the HR cloud software with HR personnel on payroll-related matters.

·         Attend to ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Company from time to time.

·         Performing other duties that are assigned.


  • ONLY applicable to Work Permit holder.
  • Degree and above or Professional Accounting Certificates.
  • Prior hands-on practical experience in bookkeeping and payroll is a PLUS point.
  • Knowledge of the latest financial reporting standards and especially Singapore corporate tax is a requirement.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc financial reports timely and accurate.
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, work under pressure, have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
  • Good Communication Skills with external and internal stakeholders.
