Our Client:
It is a group of healthcare institutions in Singapore. The group was formed in 2008 and operates several hospitals, national specialty centres, and polyclinics. The Hospital is the largest hospital in the group and serves as the flagship hospital for the cluster.
Overview:
To manage and support the, operations, systems and processes, budgetary resources of Group HR Learning COE and Academy. The role would include the development of learning policies, IT and online learning systems, learning processes, career pathways, competency frameworks and related learning curricula and programs to build the Workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify & develop New Cluster Capability with Client Institutions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive Cluster Culture & Service Training
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Workforce Future Skills Capability Building
- Design, develop and management Cluster HR Learning & Knowledge Portal cum related collaborative tools, forums & platform
- Drive and manage on-line portals and mobile learning networks.
- Manage cluster SAPSF LMS System, E-Learn Portals and Performance
- Develop Strategic Learning Partnerships /Networks /Alumni/COPs/MOUs & Training Collaborations, both local and international
- Monitor, track and ensure attainment of Corporate Office Balance Score Card KPIs (People & Culture)
- Administer MOH- ISS, HMDP and Pre-services Scholarships Awards
- Manage the learning business partnerships within the Client’s Corporate Office
- Drive Cluster based Academic-based Sponsorship Programmes, Accreditation & Micro-Credentialing
- Plan L&D Surveys, Design and develop Learning Standards, Indicators and Benchmarking, Learning Effectiveness Measures and Report Analytics.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Human Resources or related qualification.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Talent management skills, scholarship management, leadership experience.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-institutions and different levels of stakeholders.
- Good planning, organising and follow up skills to manage multiple projects timeline in a fast paced environment.
