Position: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $1,800 - $2,300 + OT
Working Hours / Days: 8.30AM - 6.00PM (Mon - Fri)
- Invoicing customers for petrol costs/damage repair costs
- Update the daily operation schedule with the instructions of the HOD
- Handling all operation-related documents (e.g. creating stock files, documents for insurance cover notes, sending of quotations to sales, matching BVIs to invoices)
- Generate Biweekly Accident Report for HOD
- Generate Weekly O/S (out of service) Report for the HOD
- Generate Weekly Inspection Checklist for the HOD
- Competent in using GDMS (extracting information, creating new stock information)
- Prepare and submit monthly Standby Duty Report to HR for the purpose of standby allowances to be paid via payroll.
- Performing of any ad-hoc assignments as required (e.g. photocopying, scanning, faxing of documents, mailing and reposting of invoices or contracts)
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Good time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Meticulous, able to work independently as well as in a team
