Job responsibilities

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal (e.g. consultative sales).
• Build strong relationship with existing and new clients via phone calls and emails.
• Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
• Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Good knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
• Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
• Have experience in digital marketing/sales using social media platform will be added advantage.
• Must be a strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems (deskbound).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (to handle enquiry from Korean speaking customer and document in Korean).
