ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES) [Job Code 2104417C]

Due to expansion of our client's business, we continue to look for suitable candidates to work at our client's office and data centre site. Write to us if you are an individual who has experience in the activities listed below, and is keen to take up new challenges!

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annually sales target
  • Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies
  • Build new business relationships with potential clients
  • Retain and grow existing accounts
  • Conduct periodic review of sales performance
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client queries with follow-up calls; respond to client request for proposals (RFPs)
  • Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows and conferences
  • Cold call with multiple outbound calls to potential clients; close sales and work with client through closing process
  • Conduct market research (e.g. Competitors’ Analysis, Potential Services, etc)
  • Responsible for tender presentation/introduction of services to the potential client
  • Prepare Pre-Tender Executive summary information and tender document for submission
  • Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews
  • Make regional travel to secure new businesses and product testing
  • Perform Business Development work as assigned by the Management
  • Generate monthly and annual sales report

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in CRAC unit, Air conditioning, Water Detection System and related field is required for this position
  • Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential clients
  • Self-motivated and passionate with positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently with initiative and high level of integrity, able to multi task and manage work pressure
