We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Logistics Operations Manager to lead our international logistics department. As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our company's international logistics operations. Your role will involve optimizing transportation, freight, and supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive customer satisfaction.


Covering operations outside of SEA & PH, TH 

Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and meet business objectives.

Oversee the entire logistics function, including transportation, freight and supply chain processes.

Analyze logistics data, including transportation costs, delivery times, to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of products.

Identify and evaluate potential logistics vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish strong partnerships to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.

Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics performance, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve operational targets.


Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5 years) in logistics operations management, with a focus on transportation and supply chain optimization.

Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including freight management

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address operational challenges.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and   management.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Proven track record of driving operational improvements and cost savings in previous roles.
