Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Engage with global supply site counterparts to establish strong understanding of the supply & demand flow, lead time expectations & visibility to enable smooth order fulfillment
Review open backlog and work closely with supply sites on demand planning to achieve accurate delivery date
Monitor inbound inventory for core accounts to ensure inventory are available based on customer requested date
Initiate cross-functional discussions to review and adjust safety stock level as required
Work with commercial team to provide supply forecast to demand planner on specific products
Facilitate discussion with customer service and commercial teams on stock allocation for critical customer orders Close collaboration with commercial leaders to ensure the ability to meet quarterly revenue target
Work with the local customer service team on Order Fulfillment CAS (Customer Allegiance Score),
Drive strategy to achieve service standards and monitor key performance indexes (KPIs)
Apply Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies and lead continuous improvement initiatives within team in pursuit of excellence
Identify process gaps and issues, recommend improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency and productivity
Be a trusted partner and advisor to other functions and build strong relationships with the functional leaders
Understand the business strategy of the business divisions and how we can contribute to organic growth
Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures (References SOPs, WINs, and approval processes) accurately and a good record of documentation maintained for audit purposes.
Participate/involve in projects and other work tasks assigned appropriately by the Senior Customer Care Manager.
Min Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business/Supply Chain
At least 4 years of global operations order fulfillment and supply chain experience
Able to start work immediately
