Responsibilities:

  • Allocate petty cash by documenting entry, validating all documentation
  • Handle historical documents by filing records
  • Process all forms of payment options
  • Certify vendor accounts by checking monthly statements and affiliated transactions
  • Issue cheque or GIRO payment
  • Data entry duties
  • Assist in admin duties and other accounting duties as assigned by Manager

Period:

  • 3 to 4 months

Location:

  • Sin Ming Lane

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

  • $9/hr

Requirements:

  • Have accounts payable experience
  • Good working attitude
  • Excellent bookkeeping, communication, and decision making skills
  • Must have the ability to handle stress and manage time effectively
