2,400 SGD - 2,800 SGD/Month
  • Prepare quotation according to customer’s requirement.
  • Perform day-to-day operational matters pertaining to filing, preparing invoices, account receivable and payable.
  • Data entry and ensuring that all transactions are entered correctly and accurately.
  • Communication and working as a team with the operations department to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer service-related information for customer accounts.
  • Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Take customer orders and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Perform basic office management tasks such as replenishment of stationaries, printers etc.
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

  • Min GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level
  • Candidate must possess strong positive energy, determined and have a passion to pursue quality and success. The candidate should also be driven, self-motivated, willing to learn and can excel with minimal supervision
  • Good with Microsoft Office Suites such as Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Candidate must have a good appreciate of Privacy
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Training and support provided
  • Singaporean and SPR only
