Customer Service Officer Cum Admin at Tanjong Pagar - Up to $3200 + 2 months AWS + VB

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers related to personal class of insurance such as Personal Accident, Health Insurance, Home Content Insurance, Maid Insurance and Travel Insurance etc.
- Monitor call investigation for complaint cases
- Perform Retention Program
- Ensure high level of accuracy, minimal errors and omissions for new policy processing/ endorsement and cancellation.
- Attend to incoming mails and email
- Arrange to dispatch of insurance documents including mail enveloping
- Generate and checking of reports
- To support all administrative duties and undertake any further directives or other duty as allocated

- Robinson Road
Working Hours:
- Mon – Thurs: 8.45am – 5.45pm
- Friday: 8.45am – 4.45pm
Salary:
- Up to $3200 + AWS + VB (depends on performance)
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent
- Possession of General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance will be an added advantage
- To have at least 2 years of working experience (preferably insurance and/or office-related work)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Independent, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task efficiently
- Works well in a team environment
