The Sales Executive's role is to ensure the growth of an Aureus Branch through boosting enrolment numbers of their respective center. He/ She needs to be able to work and coordinate with his/her managers, and front desk, and teacher team, and execute tasks that lead to sales and lead generation.


The Sales Executive executes day-to-day affairs ranging from lead generation, sales, customer experience and service, inventory and center maintenance, and other related assignments given by the Management Team. The candidate must be equipped with an aptitude for multi-tasking skills while being results-driven.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads to achieve the monthly enrolment targets
  • Identifying customers’ needs to be able to make the best recommendations and to maintain a continuously high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction
  • Execute sales programs and promotions as assigned by the Sales Manager and Marketing Team
  • Execute Sales and lead generation activities such as cold-calling or picking up calls, answering queries via email or social media chats, assisting walk-in customers, participating in events and roadshows, and any similar activities that ultimately lead to contributing to enrolment targets
  • Collaborate with other departments (i.e marketing etc) to develop the business growth
  • Maintain professional and up-to-date knowledge of our lessons, teachers, our unique selling points, and other customer benefits and perks
  • Ensure the branch is well-organized, clean, and presentable
  • Provide excellent customer service in order to boost brand loyalty and result in referrals
  • Attend to customers' feedback and challenges in a professional and positive manner
  • and follow through effectively and efficiently to provide solutions and resolve issues

Pre-requisites:

  • Candidates must possess at least 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to achieve targets set and work under pressure
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Speaking, fluency in English reading comprehension and writing skills; writing skills in Mandarin is a huge plus
  • Excellent standard of customer service and professional in communicating with clients
  • Good team player
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and other general computer skills
  • Be positive and flexible to cope with the fast-growing pace in the company
  • Must be able to work on the weekend
