We are hiring Operations Admin for a company that provide total logistics solutions to our valued customers and business associates.

The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

  • Arrangement of freight transport (Sea/Airfreight) as agreed with customers at the best value, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Coordination with customers on specific pick-up/drop off locations and timing
  • Tracking and monitoring of shipments to ensure order fulfilment
  • Assist in the facilitation of Custom Permits and documentation process
  • Preparation of documentations and certificate of origin, etc.
  • Liaison with internal and external parties, warehouse, vendors and carriers to facilitate smooth arrangement and delivery
  • Handling of discrepancies of inbound / outbound goods with relevant stakeholders
  • All other ad-hoc work assigned by Supervisor / Manager

The Profile

Key competencies :

  • Min. GCE 'N'/‘O’ Level / Diploma holder from any discipline, relevant experience advantageous
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding, preferably in sea/airfreight forwarding industry, familiar with import and export process
  • Self-disciplined, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft office
