IT BUSINESS ANALYST– Up to $7K (Application Project/ Payment MNC)

- Salary: Up to $7,000

- Working location: Central

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the application support and the management of applications projects such as implementations, continuous improvements, and system integrations in the APAC region

70% Process Design, System Improvement & Support

·         Translation of business requirements into functional design for Client Care application: Field Service & Helpdesk Solutions and Repair

·         Analysis of issues, management change requests as per business priorities and propose improvements & solutions

·         Design, test, documentation and implement changes

·         Coordinating Technical integration with other systems using API, ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), Web or Mobile applications.

·         Assist in building the Datawarehouse and take part of the Database administration

·         Assist in building relevant reporting in Power BI

30% Project Management

·         Implementation and project management for Client Care applications

·         Ensure project delivery within time, scope & budget

·         Coordinating the delivery from partners, perform the testing, Data migration, UAT and other relevant project activities

Requirement:

·         At least 1 years of experience as IT Business Analyst or Consultant

·         IT Project experience

·         Database Administration (DBA) skills and SQL queries capabilities will be preferred

·         Experience with MS PowerBI or other BI reporting solutions will be preferred

·         Experience with Jira or ITSM solution will be preferred
