The Job

Job Description:


  • Management of E-Commerce operations including updating SKUs, SOH, campaign launches, platform enhancements/maintenance for all third-party e-commerce platforms.
  • Responsible for day to day running of the entire customer order lifecycle, from order receipt to review, order release, delivery, fulfilment, cancellation, and return.
  • Organise the packing and delivery of customer's orders in a systematic and timely manner with the warehouse/fulfilment team.
  • Resolve order-related issues by liaising between client and internal/external groups (warehouse/courier/repairs).
  • Dealing with payment issues, respond timely accordingly to the requested deadline.
  • Manage pre-order and back-order, assist customers with a waiting period or delivery status.
  • Identify opportunities for new initiatives and participate in the development of functional service enhancements to maximise the productivity and sales.
  • Monitor shipment, delivery, and return pick-up status.
  • Monitor inventory level and perform an accurate stockade.
  • Digital Advertisement / Video / Collaterals creation and Optimization.
  • Manage, strategies and analyze paid campaigns.
  • Assist in other related operational tasks.
  • Plan social media posts and online marketing calendar.

The Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with E-Commerce platforms, digital marketing, and social media is preferred.
  • A passion for lifestyle industry.
  • Computer proficiency and internet savvy: fast learner in programs and web tools.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and all social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Design applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong customer relationship skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Display strong written and verbal communication skills in English, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
