·         Steer the recruitment process by scouting for talent in the field of your specialty

·         Execute Business Development plans to amplify the company’s market penetration

·         Be in the core of human resource trends revolving around hiring and management of suitable candidates

·         Giving adequate career route advice to enquires of the candidates and clients regarding the up-to-date market trends

·         Propose and negotiate scale of fees/ business plans/ forecasts with targeted cliental pool




·         Min of Diploma or Degree in any field

·         Full training/ mentorship will be provided, no experience needed

·         Candidates with a strong track record in sports or CCAs with have an added advantage

·         Candidates with a great team spirit, persistency, good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
