Job Description:

- Posting advertisements on Job Portals

- Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitment, keeping proper accounts and maintaining proper recruitment database

- Shortlisting and contacting interviewees and arranging subsequent interviews with respective managers

- Build strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers

- Managing day-to-day candidate sourcing activities through various sourcing channels and administrative tasks

- Work with the digital marketer and Director to conceptualize and organize recruitment events and campaigns on social media.

- Propose innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency


Requirements:

- Candidate must posses a Full-time local polytechnic Diploma / A-level in any field

- Prior work experience preferred, Training will also be provided

- Positive, supportive, fun and friendly working environment

  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
