Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for operational relationship with the corporate merchant portfolio in Asia
  • Day to day coordination with merchants with timely and accurate operational announcement
  • Escalate and resolve merchants’ questions
  • Responsible to ensure good processes and high level of services with cross functional departments
  • Work together with Sales department to create new process planning and improvement for merchants to grow their business

Requirement:
  • At least 1 years of corporate experience with merchant/client facing position in Payment industry
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.
