  • To assist in calling suppliers for confirmation of bank account information
  • To assist in preparing manual billing for >60 sustainability resources.
  • Process supplier’s invoice in system, including data entry, 3-way match of invoices, handling of invoice discrepancies and processing payments.
  • Respond to supplier queries, provide support for monthly supplier reconciliation
  • Filing/packing of documents for archiving
  • Scanning of relevant documents
