Previously collaborated with government, health and financial organisations to distribute home and community caregiving services. The company works with care recipients with a range of mobility and medical conditions, including chronic and terminal illnesses such as Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson’s and cancer, helping them be more mobile and functional as well as providing social and personal care.
You would be responsible for providing top-quality assistance to company's Customers, Care Professionals, Partner Organisations, and the general public when they have a question or problem. A lot of this would be through email, but would also include live chat, telephone, and in-person support too.
5 days work week including weekends
Required to work 2 rotating shifts
9am to 6pm and 12pm to 9pm
Empathetic and good with people
Has excellent writing skills
Good communication skills
Min 1-2 years of relevant experience, with experience working in hospitality, customer service, sales, or a similar environment preferred
