Payroll Specialist

Goldtech Resources Pte Ltd Ubi Permanent
2,500.00 SGD - 3,500.00 SGD /Month
  • Support monthly payroll activities
  • Ensuring accurate processing of payroll transactions
  • Administer leave management, transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews, turnover,
  • Manage off-boarding processes, exit interviews and clearance
  • Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the system
  • Prepare monthly reports and recruitment statistics to Management
  • Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned


  • Diploma in Business Studies
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated. proactive and independent
  • Experienced doing payroll in a F&B sector will be a plus
  • Able to cope in fast paced environment
