Job descriptions:

  • Planning and managing delivery of orders to customers, ensuring smooth and seamless delivery.
  • Planning and managing daily store runs and store requisitions. 
  • Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments. 
  • Managing the upkeep and maintenance of equipment to meet healthy and safety standards. 
  • Managing the upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Managing the POS system (Novitee) and ensuring the system runs smoothly with zero downtime.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers/vendors.
  • Responsible for updating Logistics and Facilities SOP.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and solving logistics and facilities related issues.
  • Keep track of monthly external/third party delivery costs.
  • Keep track of average petrol consumption cost.
  • Supervise, train, coach and conduct appraisals for Logistics and Facilities staff.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
  • Tech savvy; familiar with Google and Microsoft, and able to present well.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and Mandarin would be an advantage. 
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent vendor management experience.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Flexible and able to perform duties outside normal working hours as and when required.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Have a driving license class 3/3A and clean driving record.
