Luxury and lifestyle Fashion brand is seeking for dynamic Individuals to join the team as Assistant/Boutique Managers!


  • Accountable for the optimization of sales performance and customer services; and the strict adherence to all boutiques’/brands in charge (3-4) operational matters including employee management, reporting and analysis, securing cross-functional coordination and providing optimum support to the boutique teams.
  • Responsible to observe, analyse, trace and correct deviations in sales and personnel performance, internal controls, systems and procedures to elevate the overall organization success.
  • Ensures high standards in sales performance and the achievement of sales budgets through retail productivity
  • Ensures that operational/maintenance systems and processes are being performed accordingly, accurately and timely by overseeing the day-to-day operation, administration, security and compliance standards in accordance with the requirements
  • Provide comprehensive and systematic reports on key success factors, performance milestones and results; Provide recommendations on new or follow-up action plans in the pursuit of continuous sales growth and improvements to the operational effectiveness in the smooth running of boutiques and the overall retail department as a whole.


  • Experience in local market is required
  • Extensive experience in high-end luxury retail sales and managing a store
  • Knowledge of marketing, media, and merchandising techniques
  • Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key industry related relationships
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to motivate and manage work teams
