Our client is a leading A.I-Powered Conversational Customer Experience platform designed to help brands automate business processes in customer service, marketing and commerce via social messaging apps. The company is based in Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia with a diverse team of experienced digital marketers, user experience designers and A.I experts who help brands to develop effective messaging and A.I strategies that improve customer experience and drive business ROI. The Job

We’re looking for sales-driven individuals to join us who are excited about the digital transformation being driven by the rise of the social messaging apps and who have made a name for themselves bringing innovative AI-Powered Conversational Customer Experience technology to global leading brands.


  • 100% Hunting Role
  • Lead generation and out-bound, orchestrating Sales planning, execution, reporting and analysis
  • Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals
  • Work closely with the Management, Marketing and Customer Success team to develop and deliver sales strategies
  • Leveraging on your current network and understanding of SaaS technology to deliver value.
  • Will involve pitching tailored presentations and demo to clients.
  • Pitch CMO’s, Head of Experience, Head of Digital, Ecommerce Managers, Marketing Managers
  • Target enterprise clients in the Retail, FMCG, Ecommerce, Automotive, Financial, Telco and Travel industries
  • Manage and utilise Salesforce CRM, accurately assess and communicate pipeline and revenue forecasts
  • Step into leadership role overtime to coach and lead a team of sales managers

The Profile

  • You have at least 5-8 years experience in B2B sales or Enterprise SaaS sales (MarTech, CRM or Customer Experience platforms preferred)
  • You have a good understanding of the Digital Marketing, Social Media, Customer Experience and ECommerce landscape.
  • You have a strong network of Enterprise C-Level or Senior Management clients of the targeted industries.
  • You have experience in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • You have excellent presentation and pitching skills.
  • You have experience in handling both direct and channel partners sales.
  • You are target driven, hunter and proven self-starter to thrive in a startup environment.
  • You have experience in handling deal size > $100K.
  • You have a proven sales track records of Enterprise Clients > $1.5M revenue per year.
  • You have experience in selling solutions that improve marketing and customer experience functions.
  • You are target driven, hunter and proven self-starter to thrive in a startup environment
  • You are Sale achiever with gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, humble and want to be part of a growing business
  • You have a background in large scale digital project/ account management will a bonus.
