A personal assistant (PA) typically carries out administrative work on behalf of the manager.
Working hours is negotiable
Responsibilities include:

- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone calls, emails
- managing calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
- booking and arranging travel, transport
- organising events and conferences
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- liaising with staffs and clients
- collating and filing expenses
- miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
