What you’ll be doing
Responsible for talking to potential clients on the phone to sell our products and services.
Providing information like advantages and selling points of our products and services.
Clarifying concerns/issues, resolving sales objections and recording any feedback.
Keeping accurate records of all calls, leads and sales generated from the activity in various systems.
Secure and book quality appointments for our Sales Representatives
Lead Management including keeping track of contacted customers, following up etc
You have at least 2 years experience within a similar role
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Have the ability to build rapport very quickly during brief telephone contacts.
Be passionate about delivering high standards of customer service.
Work well independently with good time management.
Preferably have prior experience in the finance industry.
Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven by achievement of meeting targets.
