We are hiring Key Account Manager for an international project and facilities management organisation specialising in assisting MNCs in fulfilling their capital & facility expansion plans.

The Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Operate as the primary point of contact with key account stakeholders for the company's primary accounts.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions

The Profile

Requirements :

  • You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B sales, account management and project management role, within the Facilities Management / Real Estate industry with MNCs.
  • You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts stakeholders and manage senior level relationships, including C-level personnel.
  • You have solid experience in a regional role ideally covering Southeast Asia.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have great people skills and are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
