Customer Service Officer - SD job in Tai Seng at Ideals Recruitment

☑ Well Established Electronic Company 

☑ Basic $ 3000 - $3500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

☑ Location: Taiseng / MRT Walking Distance 

☑ Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.00am - 5.30pm)

☑ Minimum 2-3 years of customer service working experience in SMT equipment & spare parts

☑ Familiar in SAP System will be an advantage 

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team to provide quotation to customer and follow up on inquiry.
• Provides post-sales support to Sales division and day-to-day business liaison with major customers
• Responsible for order processing, close follow-up and internal co-ordination with customers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery
• Provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries
• Prepare and co-operate with internal and external agents to process or make available necessary shipping documents, export/import documents, etc

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Engineering is preferred 
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service working experience in SMT equipment & spare parts
• Familiar with SAP
