Engineering Project Manager

Our client is a European based MNC dealing with Power Electronics. They need a Engineering manager to handle line / product transfer from China EMS to Thailand EMS.

  • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Spearhead factory transfer project
    • Responsible for project plans, liaises with different stakeholders and coordinates end to end project activities from planning to project completion
    • Create and maintain project documentations which includes checklist, test procedures, SOPs, etc.
    • Organized meetings between production units & other business units regarding projects update and information
    • Coordinates with multiple stakeholders and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects
    • Involving material management activities for strategic sourcing for South East Asia

    Requirements
    • Degree in Engineering preferably Electronic Engineering
    • Experience in Electronics Industries in Manufacturing is preferred
    • At least 3 years of NPI, Line set up, Product Transfer, SMT etc. experience
    • General operational experiences in EMS (Purchasing, Production, Logistic, QA)
    • Ability to converse & read Mandarin as need to liaise with EMS in China.
    • Required to travel 50% to Asia region
