Working hours: Office hours, generally starts at 8am
Working days: 5-5.5 day work week
Location: Kallang or Tuas
Training will be provided.
• Handling of incoming and outgoing calls, and emails, to ensure queries are answered professionally
• Provide administrative support in the Call Centre
• Follow-up with customer calls, complaints and manage service recovery
• Support service operations
• Must be able to commit at least 3 months (6 months preferred)
• Comfortable handling phone calls from the public
• Customer-service oriented + Good communication skills
