Job Scope: 

  • Assist HR team with admin duties including recruitment management, onboarding duties and exit interview management 
  • Post job advertisements on career portals for internal recruitment 
  • Manage scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates 
  • Collating necessary documents and ensure completeness of application for shortlisted candidates 
  • Draft and collate offer package for successful candidates 

Job Requirements: 

  • Min. A level/ Diploma/Degree in any relevant field 
  • No experience required as training will be provided 
  • Able to commit for 6 months or longer
