- Source for suitable candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews for the position of Financial Consultant.
- Arrange for final selection interview for the directors.
- Coordinate and monitor the process of licensing with head office and regulators.
- Assist in administrative work with various head office departments.
