Customer Service Specialist (Order Processing) - up to $4000 / West / MEDICAL DEVICE MNC
Salary: up to $4000
Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:
The principle duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive consists of, but are not limited to the following:
• The Sales Support Executive is expected to provide administrative sales support to the Key Account Managers from Sales Department.
• Prepare and submit government tenders through GEBIZ.
• Attend to customers enquiries i.e. product, price, delivery etc.
• Prepares quotations in accordance to the guidelines of the company policy.
• Check incoming customer purchase orders and ensure that pricing and commercial terms are acceptable before order is processed.
• Organise the delivery of goods to meet delivery datelines. If necessary, liaise with Purchasing Department for the procurement of goods.
• Assists in other general administrative duties in the department as and when required.
• Any additional duties not listed above that may be deemed as appropriate by the Lead Customer Executive/ Business Operations Manager.
• To participate/ take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities/ activities as requested by the company
Job Requirements: Min GCE O Level / Diploma in Supply Chain or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
